1st Recipe : Chocolate Moist Cake

At Along's Wedding Ceremony my cousin , I do this chocolate moist cake . And it's not so hard to do but ur have to understand carefully what the item in the recipe and the method cooking . So , here is the recipe and the cooking method for Chocolate Moist Cake .


CHOCOLATE MOIST CAKE




INGREDIENTS :

A Ingredients : Margarine 250 gm
Castor Sugar 400 gm

B Ingredients
: Egg 5 nos

C Ingredients : Cocoa Powder 100 gm
Cake Flour or All Purpose Flour 400 gm
Soda Bicarbonate 10 gm
Baking Powder 10 gm

D Ingredients : Fresh Milk 400 ml
Whipping Cream 100 ml

Garnish : Chocolate Garnish
Chocolate Rice

Method :
  1. Preheat oven to 175 °C grease and flour a 9 x 3 or two 9 inch round pan . Sift together the B ingredients . Set aside .
  2. In a large bowl , cream together the A ingredients until light and fluffy . Add the B ingredients one at a time , beating well with each addition . The drop D ingredients and beat well .
  3. Pour batter into the pan . Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes . Allow the cake to cool .
  4. To make the frosting , use chocolate ganache and garnish the cake with chocolate rice and strawberry . Done .

Ingredients for Chocolate Ganache :

Dark Chocolate 300 gm
Whipping Cream 150 ml
Sugar Syrup 300 ml

Method :
  1. Chop dark chocolate before put it into bowl and melt it with using double-boil method (click this to see DBM link link link !) and stir it with wire whisk .
  2. When chocolate has melted , add the whipping cream and sugar syrup at the same time and whisk it until the chocolate become thick .
  3. When done , leave it to cool before use it for garnish .
